 + 0 moreI purchased vinyl for my kitchen and arranged from a list of installers from the store for an installation. Two men came and installed the vinyl and it looked fine when they left. Then I noticed they had left debris under the vinyl and the edges of the vinyl were built up where the flooring went under cabinets. I called the man who I had arranged the installation with and he explained that the workers had been high and that he would come down and look at my vinyl. He came, he got out some of the debris but said he was needed at home and couldn't do any more to help me. I just chalked it up to experience, but you might want to get some references when using Pug's people. Also, the vinyl was not ready when the druggie installers went to pick it up.
Description of Work: Installation of vinyl flooring in kitchen. The vinyl was the last of a roll and very inexpensive. The workers came from somewhere near Cartersville and their rate was not high, but their work reflected that price. I even gave them both a nice tip.

 + -1 moreOverall, I thought they did a great job. The price was very competitive. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it pretty quickly.
Description of Work: Pugs Rugs & Carpet tore up old carpeting and put down new carpeting and padding in our entryway staircase and in one bedroom.

 + 0 moreThey installer showed up as promised with the carpet. Install went well, professionally done, he carried all the scraps back with him. I saved some money and got a great job!
Description of Work: I purchased, material only, carpet for a rental home. They advised me on selection, grade and even recommend an installer. They also said I could use the same pad, which was unexpected and saved me some money.
