Next Step Contracting

I had some pieces of vinyl soffit pulled out, most likely by squirrels. Several other companies declined this small job due to the hight and steepness of that part of the roof. Aldo of Next Step Contracting was able to schedule us the following week to avoid rainy weather earlier. They were running a couple hours behind due to another job, but communicated this & kept us updated. They showed up prepared with replacement soffit material and were equipped with proper fall restraint harnesses, which was good to see. Any company that short-cuts the safely of it's workers, probably short-cuts in other areas. Aldo & his assistant had this section of soffit repaired, and properly secured in about an hour. Would not hesitate to hire them again!

I had my bathroom completely remodeled due to moister/mold issues. Looks 1000x better than before. Work was completed in a timely manner. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with detail. Very knowledgeable. Was with me every step of the way through from inspection, selection, and completion. 12/10!

Aldo Mendez and his company did a 5 Star job replacing some of our exterior siding and trim. He had excellent communication throughout the project, his crew was very professional, and they tidied the job site each day when they were done. Aldo Mendez and Next Step Contracting did a phenomenal job replacing exterior water-rotted trim/molding over my garage and front window. Next Step also added a gutter to our front porch addition. Plus, one of our attic gable vents was broken, and Next Step fixed it until we can replace it. The guys were always professional and respectful of my time, calling or texting if they were running behind or needed to adjust a quote. I will definitely hire Next Step for my upcoming projects.

I hired Next Step to remove and replace drywall in my basement bathroom. They did an awesome job! Aldo communicate, was on time, professional and cleaned up after jib was done. Hired Next Step Contracting to do a partial remodel of a guest bath. They completed the tub/shower install to include tile, some drywall repair and LVP flooring. All work was on time and excellent! Customer service was fantastic as well. Very competitive/affordable pricing. We are very pleased! Will definitely recommend and use their contractors and services again!
