The company sends the same technician, Mike, to my house, and all of my dealings with him have been great. He's always honest about what needs to be done, he consistently does quality work, and he shows up on time. The company is very quick to respond to my calls, too.

I am happy with the service, timeliness, responsiveness, and ability to get the unit cooling. On Monday, the office called and gave me the bill. $480!!!!! I was in shock. The capacitor costs $30 and doesn't have to be purchased by a licensed technician. I was charged $170 plus dollars for it! I called the office back later in the day and spoke with the gentleman that does the billing and explained that I thought the billing was astronomical. They were very professional and said they would review. They called me back and said that typically they charge 25% additional for all after hours work. Realizing that I wasn't happy and that the bill was high, they agreed to reduce the bill by $150. In all dealings, they were very professional. I just think the cost was extraordinary for the amount of work that was done.

One of my co-workers recommended them. They were really good. They were very well priced and the service was very good all the way around. They are local people. They had to come back out once to check something and they didn't charge me to come back. They stand behind what they do. Their products are good.

I got to know about them through my colleague. They did a very good job. They were very competitive compared to the other companies. The quality of service was great, and they did the work in a timely manner. They were very professional as well.
