HORRIBLE!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. What should have took about 2, maybe 3 days to do, TOPS, ended up taking almost a week. There was always something coming up, and they could not get, (or did no have) the right materials for the job. I paid them upfront what they told me it would cost, and 3 days later they wanted more money, and more money. About 4 - 5 days into it, I went to see what on Earth was the situation. My rental home was no cleaner, and no more repaired than when my renters had left!!! No one had been to the property to do ANY work, and the extra money I was supplying, was going to their gas, their lunches, their cigs!! Ugh! I was mortified! When they were 'done' with my property, I went to inspect what they had done. Keep in mind, they were already paid. I could not wait to get them out of there! I had to hire ANOTHER, (reputable), crew to come in and finish, or do properly, what Lanning Davis failed to do.
Description of Work: I needed the carpets cleaned, the walls repainted where needed, sheetrock patch done, some lighting installed, some yard work done. Just some general clean up/repair after my renters had vacated my property to get the home ready for the next renters.
