John came out the very next morning after being called. He discussed with us exactly what it was that we wanted done. He promptly submitted a written bid, detailing everything to be done. (No hidden charges). He accompanied us to the home improvement store to help us pick out the correct items needed. He arrived at 8am each morning and completed the job within the stated time. He was very friendly and professional. Our floors are beautiful! We highly recommend this contractor.

John came out to see the work required at the exact time he promised. He personally returned to bring his estimate and answer any questions about the work. His crew arrived exactly as promised, worked quickly and cleaned up the area completely, were polite and considerate. John hand selected the lumber to be sure to get the best boards for the job. I was impressed! The job was completed quickly, and the new deck is far sturdier and nicer than the original. They took great pains to match the paint on the siding and the front steps. The work was done at my mother's house (senior citizen), and she felt completely comfortable dealing with John and his crew. They were outstandingly polite, and there was never a quibble about what was or was not included in the job. The price was several thousand less than other companies had estimated. He will be the first person I call next time!! It was a wonderful experience!!

John did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. He charged for labor only, gave us a list of supplies so we could bargain shop. He does it RIGHT the first time.
