His punctuality is great and he does what he says he is going to do, he is very good at scheduling the work and by completing it on time. I could not be happier. I have several rental properties, 6 office rentals and 5 residences and he has installed and maintained the heating and air coditoning in all of them in the last 20 years. I think he would do anybody a good job.

Met me right away and told me the problem and went and got the part and fixed the AC. $575. After another heat and air company quoted us $3600 and we couldn’t afford that kind of money

Amazing service from beginning to end!!! Very knowledgeable and extremely courteous! My air stopped working yesterday afternoon and couldnâ t find anyone reasonable to come out without charging an arm, 4 legs and 6 hands. Last night was a miserable night trying to sleep with the heat and humidity, our grand babies were up at 4 am covered in sweat. It was a really bad night I must say. So today I asked a group of friends if they knew anyone and immediately got a number to call. I called and spoke to Lance and he offered to come out right then to fix it! I was taking my wife to work and texted him when I was on my way home and told him I was 30 minutes away. I got home and he was there ready to tackle the problem. And that he did! I explained what was happening, he found a faulty capacitor and he had the correct replacement part with him. He wired it up and BAM we had cold air again!!! I called my wife and told her it was fixed And she said she will never complain about having our house to cold ever again! ð THANK YOU LANCE from ALL of us at the Henderson household including our grand babies!!! He is my new hvac go to guy! And as far as Value goes he was extremely reasonable! Worth every penny plus some! Great work. Had them out on Thursday to inspect my AC. On Tuesday they installed a whole new system. Great customer service. Explained the whole process and answered all questions we had.

The communication, service and price of our new heating and air system deserves the 5 Star Rating. Lance was very understanding in our situation and had our new system installed very quickly. He was not only great with communication of the project but also was $2000.00 less expensive than our other quotes. I highly recommend this company.

He was the only one that did not assume I would hire him when I called, and he provided the most detail explanation of his service. He answered all my questions and had good communication throughout the process. As an added bonus, his price was the most competitive.

From the moment he called me, Mr. Carroll sounded professional but down to earth and not just in the heating business, but in the people business as well.
