My shower looks better after he worked on it than it did when the house was built and the shower was brand new!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend it.

Chad was excellent. From the minute he came into the house it was clear that he knew what he was doing, able to explain it, and wanted to make sure we understood the process. He did much more than just clean and replace the tile. He indentified the source of the problem and worked to eliminate that issue so it would not return. The job took a little longer than expected, no fault of his or ours... just due to some illness in the house, but all the while he did not accept any up front money for work already completed. He was fair and professional. I would certainly entrust him to any further work needed in our house.

Chad did a magnificent job replacing the grout in the entry and bathroom. He cleaned and color sealed it so it matched perfectly. He also cleaned and color sealed the tile in the kitchen. Chad arrived on time completed what he said he would do during the three-day job. He is very tidy and conscientious that he is inside of someones home. I do not think you can go wrong. No surprises. Chad even went above and beyond and helped repair a leaky showerhead.

Lets be honest, nobody wants to spend their money on house repairs. However, you definitely dont need to face damages because you didnt keep up with the care of things. In this case, grouting our shower, tub and floor tiles. Ive always felt you should get someone that specializes when possible. Theres not too many grout contractors out there. Not only were we fortunate that we found à Grout Magic but, we cant say enough great things about our experience. I met with the owner Chad......I always dread meeting contractors for an estimate. If you take away one thing about this review, please know that Chads motivation is not to sell you something or up-charge you. He knows his stuff. He educates you, hes detailed oriented and very professional. Chad has a great work ethic and takes pride in his work. Usually you get what you pay for. If your tile looks dingy and your grout is orange from mildew or molding and you just can t seem to get/keep it clean, you need to call Grout Magic. Chad took the time to thoroughly explain why your tile is the way it is and what it needs to restore and prevent the issue from returning. I m very impressed by his knowledge of all stones and tiles. It s like listening to a geologist. I m very happy with the outcome and highly recommend this company!

Chad with grout magic was a pleasure to deal with. After getting estimates from a couple different companies, I decided on Grout Magic. First of all- lifetime warranty ( the others gave a 1 year ). Secondly- the process that they use to dry, etch , clean and reseal is light years more thorough than the others ( hence the lifetime warranty ). Even better- it was no more expensive than the others. The tech showed up when he was supposed to, and my wife said he never even stopped for lunch. The attention to detail was unbelievable. A lost art. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Grout Magic to any one.

When I looked at the bathroom after Aaron finished the work, my husband and I couldn't believe it. It looked brand new. It just sparkled. He did the tiles and the floor as well. Our home is a number of years old and we are living here for about 8 years so we thought we should have the grout redone, well our bathroom looks spanking brand new. One of the tiles in the shower was cracked, and believe me you cannot even tell which one it was, that is how great a job was done. Recommend Grout Magic highly, and as my husband says I am a fussy homeowner and like things clean, well you will not be disappointed in the excellent workmanship. Go for it!!!! One other thing, we had prices from other companies and Grout Magic was way under and cannot be more pleased, not only in the savings but what my bathroom looks like. In addition, Chad (owner of the company) gives a lifetime warranty on the job. Really! You can't do better than that.

I got two estimates for cleaning, repairing and color sealing four baths and a laundry room. pretty big job, in Brookhaven. The owner Chad did the estimate, and it was less expensive, plus I had a good feeling about their professional approach. His technician who did my job worked extremely hard, without breaking, most all of the day. Very attractive results. I highly recommend Grout Magic of Cartersville.
