The other plumbers that looked at the job wanted to take the easiest route to saw through my tile and replace the shower valve that was leaking. Keith went to three different stores and was able to find a rebuild kit instead that allowed him to install and repair my shower valve instead. He went over and above to find the best and most cost effective solution for me. His invoice was more than fair given the cost of the kit, new shower knobs, and the amount off time and travel it took him to find them and then return and install them. Once he had the material he needed, he had the valve rebuilt, show knobs installed, and was gone within less than an hour. I have found my new plumber and would not hesitate to refer him to my family, friends, and acquaintances.
