I am a self-motivated and progress-driven Handyman with an extensive background in this industry. With a long-standing record of initiative and innovation, I have developed and executed strategies that I believe will bring value to your property. My work experiences have allowed me to strengthen my abilities in plumbing repairs such as troubleshooting leaks throughout pipes and repairing copper, pvc, or pcvc, locating clogs and replacing joints or cleaning them out, sheetrock repair such as from patches to full sheets, ceiling with retexturing to match, electrical repairs such as troubleshooting electrical issues, changing outlets, switches, light fixtures, garbage disposals, sump pumps, and most other electrical appliances. I have experience in flooring with hardwood flooring, lpv, and tile, can fix interior and exterior doors, change or repair door frames, replace trim, change windows, window panes and window glazing, exterior work such as roof repairs, fascia rot, deck repairs or rebuilds, outside spigots, vinyl siding repairs, interior and exterior painting with great cut ins for fine lines and coverage to match existing paint, general maintenance such as sink repair, tub or shower repairs, toilet repairs, troubleshoot and fix appliances, mold and mildew cleaning and removal, cabinet repairs, all punch out work, installations and repairs. If it's not on the list ask me about it, and there is a good possibility I can do it other than HVAC. I am punctual and dependable, being someone who you can count on to show up and get the job done.
