Etowah Valley Property Services, LLC is a family owned business drawing on over 30 years experience in the construction trades. We are located in Cartersville, GA and serve clients in N.W. Atlanta and the surrounding counties. Our family of businesses includes: EVPS, a residential building and remodeling contractor. As residential contractors, we maintain a team of highly qualified sub contractors capable of meeting the needs of any general construction. All subs are leaders in their trade and carry Workmans' Compensation insurance. We specialize in residential new construction, additions and remodeling. Deck Georgia specializes in composite coatings of distressed decks and docks. Our unique system (manufactured by Gulf Synthetics) fills voids and encapsulates splinters on aged and deteriorated decks and docks. Windows of Georgia focuses on replacement, energy efficient windows. Low-E windows not only afford energy savings, they significantly increase comfort in your residence. Cost savings are not limited to energy consumption, but the reduced cycle rate of your HVAC unit can extend the life cycle of your air conditioning and heating system.
