CLEANING MAID EASY

They have been here for 3 weeks, as agreed on dates and times. I feel that my house is clean when they leave, and I am over all pleased with their work. The only drawback I can find is that each thing they do is priced separately. Any previous cleaning services I have used, it's a price to clean everything in each room. (ie baseboards, dust blinds, ceiling fans, etc.), whereas with this service, each item them do costs more. I think it will be fine in time as we have started a rotation on the baseboards such that they aren't cleaned each week, but they do get cleaned several times a year. I am not unhappy with their service, and am indeed pleased but it's taking a bit of adjusting to their business pricing structure. Kristy and Heather are the gals that clean our home and I find them very personable and professional. I do not have any complaints about their performance, and in fact, they seem to genuinely care that I am pleased with their work - which I am!

They are very good. They come out every two weeks. They charge per room. They do 5 rooms for me. I would recommend them to others. They have good service, and they are local. They are also very trustworthy. They do their job quickly. I've been very happy with their services. They are very friendly.

They do call ahead of time...etc... But it is not ok to show up with kids that run around your house while they are cleaning...

They were to show up at 8, but got there around 8:30. I called the lady and she says were are allowed a 30 min grace window. It would have been nice if they told me.
They were to cleaned 3 bathrooms, which was suppose to include shower/tub, sink, counter tops, sweep/mop floor, window seals, cobwebs, ceiling fan, empty trash. They actually cleaned: 2 shower/tub, sink, counter tops, ceiling fan, empty trash. I told them they forgot the master shower, she stated, I tried to clean it with CLR but it would not come clean. The second bathroom shower looked the same as well. I took my personal CLR and cleaned my own shower and showed them that it does come clean. One of the ladies went back into the 2nd bathroom and recleaned the shower (looked much better). I also had to clean the shower doors. They did a terrible job on it as well. I also had cobwebs still in the corners of my bathroom and It did not appear as if they mopped the floor. If they did, they did a bad job.

Living room, formal dining room, breakfast room, and family room: They were suppose to include: sweep/mop floor or vacuum, window seals, ceiling fans, dust, cobwebs. They actually cleaned: sweep/mop floors or vacuum, and some dusting, cobwebs. The window seals and ceiling fan were not touched at all.

Stairway: They were suppose to include: vacuum, dust baseboards, wipe down handrail, cob webs. They actually cleaned: vacuum, wipe down handrail. I still had cob webs in the corners and the baseboards had dust/dirt on it.

Kitchen: Suppose to include: sweep/mop floor, sink, stove, counter tops, outside cabinets, top of refrigerator, inside/outside microwave, empty trash. They actually cleaned: sweep/mop floor, sink, stove, counter tops, inside/outside microwave, empty trash. Although the cabinets were not wiped down, they did a good job in the kitchen.

Hallway was suppose to include: vacuum, and wipe down base boards and cobwebs. They did not clean the hallway at all.
I tried to call the owner and left a message. She called the next day and left me a message to call her back and was wanting to know what happened. I tried to call her back again but have yet to successfully speak with her.
