After 16 years and a previous replacement with LeafGuard gutters our gutters finally work like gutters are supposed to work. At approximately half the price of LeafGuard. The constant leak over the deck "that cannot be fixed" is fixed. The leaks down the siding around the chimney, fixed. They look better too. Cand C said what they would do and did it. How refreshing.

We saw C and C's display at our local homeshow. We were very impressed with the quality and price of their copper leaf guards. We waited a few weeks and then called Nicole who arrived proptly as scheduled. We told Nicole that we wanted to replace our existing leaf guard material because it was not made of copper and was causing a chemical reaction with our copper gutters. We also showed Nicole a couple of areas where water was flowing over our gutters during heavy downpours. She recommended adding an additional 2 gutters to help handle the excess rainfall. We took that advice. We also asked her to replace a plastic downspout which was part of a pergola in front of our house.
Since we needed copper for the downspouts and leaf guards, we needed to wait a couple of weeks for the material to arrive. Once we had the arrival date, Nicole called and we scheduled the installation. Her crew showed up on time and ready to work. However, the head guy asked me to show him where the downspouts were to be located. I guess I should have known exactly, but I didn't. I was also leaving my house on my way to work. I told him that if he wasn't sure, he would need to give Nicole a call and she could tell him.

When I returned home, the gutters were repaired, cleaned out and our new copper gutter guards were installed. They were beuatiful! However, we were missing one of our new copper gutters. We called Nicole and she sent her crew out the next day to install it. But......, this is the only problem I had..... Her head guy told her that I personally walked around my home and showed him where the gutters where to be installed. However, I did no such thing. I never stepped off of my porch! I specifically told him to call Nicole and she would tell him.
You know.... this is minor. As soon as it was discovered, it was corrected. Overall, I would give them an A. they did a great job and even banged out one of my gutters, which were damaged by a previous contractor, for free. It doesn't look "brand new" but one can't even notice the previous damage unless you knew it was there before.
Their prices were very competitive.... but, their product is much better than anyone else we had looked at. We will definitely use them again if we need any future repairs (or additional downspouts). I will just make a point of remembering exactly where all the work is to be done!

They cleaned out the gutters on my house that has a very steep roof line and cleaned up the debris after themselves. I have used this company a few times and have always been very satisfied. They are punctual polite and professional. I will certainly use them again without hestitation. Good company.

They did what they said with the estimate and the actual job great experience!
