Very knowledgeable and professional. Our peace of mind goal was accomplished by having our home tested even though we did not need to remediate at this time.

The inspection was fine but it is a loss-leader to get you to purchase their overdone, overpriced remediation. Do not ever use a company that does the inspection and the remediation. Use an independent certified inspector.

Casey Lusk got back to me immediately and came out the next day to evaluate. Although the mold issue was limited, he checked the entire house and made recommendations. He worked with me on my schedule and the remediation appears to be successful. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Casey was amazingly helpful! We were having to work within a short time frame for service completion to meet a deadline and he was not deterred by this. He was readily available for questions, explained things thoroughly, and was able to complete the project for us in plenty of time. I hope to not have to deal with mold issues again but if I do, I know who I'm calling!

We hired Atlanta Mold Services, LLC. to remediate some mold in my young son’s bedroom. They came out on a Sunday were incredibly polite and knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on. They were so thorough they found mold in our basement as well. They removed the mold areas, and also went above and beyond to fix things they noticed and not charge us for it. Casey was always on time, very kind, and very flexible. He worked around our schedule with our two young kids. They sent us all the documentation needed for insurance purposes, and they are even willing to speak to our adjuster. We can’t recommend them enough!! We are so thankful for Atlanta Mold Services, LLC.

I originally got a quote from two different companies---one that did the original testing and Colorado Mold Services. CMS was (by far) the most reasonable. The gentlemen that came to my house to do the cleanup in crawl space ran out of supplies and were unable to finish the job on that day, so someone else had to return to my house to finish the following week. I felt overall, CMS did a good job and would use again if I ever needed another mold remediation.

After talking to a couple of different cleanup services Colorado Mold Services was the most educated on our mold situation. They gave us a price under the competitors and finished the job in half of the time of the other estimates. The mold test before the cleanup was very high, days later we were back to normal. Highly recommend!

Greg was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had while taking the samples. Dave was also willing to answer any questions we had once we got their report. I have no reservations in recommending them.

They are too narrowly focused in just air samples.

Work was done on schedule; well done, clean up good. Only reservation was they didn't reinstall the security monitors on the doors Maybe they didn't,t have the equipment or didn't;t know how.

Although i canceled the appointment because we no longer needed the service. Dave was very polite and highly intelligent when i addressed my concern to him. I would highly recommend colorado mold services to anybody with concerns about unhealthy conditions.
