We initially started working with Andrew in late 2023/early 2024 after purchasing our first home, which had its original roof on it from 05. We experienced some leaking on multiple occasions that he did not hesitate to come out and patch up for us any time I gave him a call, and his work was always warrantied. He is great to work with and was very honest with us about how much longer our roof would likely last, as well as how insurance companies work if you were to file a claim for replacement. After a tornado came and impacted our home in early 2025, I did not hesitate to reach back out to Andrew for help. On that same day, Andrew sent out Phillip G. to take a look at our roof, he assessed and we had quite a bit of damage. Like Andrew, Phillip was also very informative and professional. Phillip had great insight on roofs in this day and time and the way that they should be built out to current times code; which ours clearly was not up to par after being 20 years old. He was very reassuring and confident that if we decided to pursue an insurance claim, he would be able to give it his all and help us make it through from start to finish. We decided to pursue the claim and Phillip was there for us every step of the way. He helped us in making the perfect roof shingle selection that complimented our home aesthetic best, as well as helped us choose the perfect gutters, downspouts, and guard colors. He adamantly followed up with us on all details related to our roof and gutter replacements and outlined every detail pertaining to the itinerary of the replacements; it was a 3-day job for everything that we got done and he described it all to the T! He showed up, showed support, and stayed 100% genuine during the process. Our home looks absolutely amazing and Xtreme Xteriors did an amazing job! We are forever grateful, would highly recommend, and will be returning to them for future projects.

The process from start to finish was very smooth. They responded immediately to my initial inquiry for a quote to fix damage on my chimney. The work started on time, but the scope of the job quickly increased due to extensive unseen damage. Xtreme Xteriors worked with me to get the job done right for a reasonable price. The workers who repaired the chimney were excellent in both their work and professionalism. During the chimney repair, damage to the roof was noticed. Xteme Xteriors worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced and redo the gutters. The work was always done well. The workers were on time and professional. Communication with Xtreme Xteriors was easy and prompt. I would highly recommend them to complete roof and exterior work and would definitely use them again.

We used Xtreme Xteriors company and found them very reasonable and very reliable. Phillip really goes out of his way to make you feel he is a trustworthy and capable roofer. He participated in the insurance inspection and helped the inspector to find that entire roof should be replaced to bring it up to the code. He assisted us during entire process and made everything to get approval fast. He helped us with a trees cut really fast and with good price. Roof looks great! It was very old and had issues which were corrected by Xtreme Xteriors. They went the “extra mile” to be sure it was done right. Andy Akins kept us informed throughout the process and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!!
