TNT Window Tinting
About us
Here at TNT we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the window film industry and being able to pass that knowledge onto you! We have been tinting windows since 1999 and have very humble roots in this trade. I started tinting automobiles out of my house for friends and family. Eventually that bloomed into a full time career. Since then I have been able to gain valuable knowledge and skills pertinent to my trade. I have worked for roughly 15 different shops including several of my own. I have installed film in automobiles, offices, homes, boats, tractors, industrial machinery, cabinets and even in a plane. I have worked in direct relation with window film manufactures obtaining positions of Sales Representative, Sales Consultant and Marketing Consultant. I have attended several trade shows involved in this industry and I have also been invited and sponsored multiple times to compete at the highest level International Window Film Competition. I specialize in automotive application and I take pride in doing awesome work for my customers! We are just a simple small family business but we come with the quality and expertise of a large industry. We value you as a customer and our aim is to keep you as a repeat customer! We want to show you your options when it comes to window film and help you make an educated decision on what film or services will best suit your needs! "Unfortunately this review is incredibly inaccurate. This story has changed multiple times. ( and in multiple different places) I don't know if my competitor sent this guy to my shop or if this guy was just trying to get a free tint job. He brought me a mustang to tint and I went out of the way by tinting it AFTER normal hours as he INSISTED and he INSISTED on actually being in my bay as the work was being done. I obliged and allowed him to watch the ENTIRE process. We had a pleasant conversation during the job and upon completion he was extremely happy with the results. A day or two later he calls me and tells me that it looks horrible and was having multiple problems. He DEMANDED a full refund. I told him that we would be happy to replace or fix any problems he had. I asked him to bring it by for us to check it out. He said that he already had it fixed or replaced at another tint shop. So we never got to see any problems and ultimately I offered to tint another vehicle for him at no charge JUST to make him happy. We tinted his wife's Ford Escape and she actually apologized for his actions and THEN gave us a $100 "tip" for our troubles. Again, he calls us and now is cussing us out and being totally obnoxious asking for ALL of his money back, saying he also has problems with the tint on the Escape. He then threatened to "destroy " us on the Internet if we didn't refund his money. The only logical explanation I can think of is that a competitor had him do this OR this guy was simply trying to get work done for free. We went over and beyond to satisfy this person but unfortunately we can't satisfy everyone. Especially when they are extorting you with threats of bad reviews etc. Please read his review on [Website Name Removed] and other places and it will be very clear that he has changed his story multiple times when we have responded with our side of what happened."
