Heath did a fantastic job of inspecting our home in the middle of construction; he found things that we just didn't see, like a small amount of mold that had grown in the basement prior to the drywall going up that needed to be cleaned off. He was able to give us some great advice on ensuring that our HVAC system would be a healthy air system as we have family members who have allergies and chemical sensitivities. Heath was very hard to reach, but we were grateful that he could come and do another healthy home inspection prior to our moving into our new home. He again had wonderful advice and thoroughly inspected the HVAC system giving recommendations like increasing the Merv rating on the filters to aid in dust and particulate removal and how to help rid of some bothersome toxic cleaners that were accidentally applied in our new home. His particle counter machine was very sophisticated and was helpful in learning the areas of our home that were higher in particulates. Heath was great to work with; our only regret was that he was too busy to take on doing our HVAC system job last summer because he and his company are in such high demand. It was nice to have someone come over who could relate to people who suffer from allergies and chemical sensitivities. I really appreciated his empathy.
