This estimate was 100 dollars cheaper than the first home pro at Home Advisors I talked to, and he did a perfect job. He also washed my porches and side walks at my townhouse and I would recommend him to anyone. The first home advisors pro I talked to not only gave me an estimate over 100 dollars more than the one I hired but it would not have included porches and sidewalks. Thank you, Walt Lipham!!

If you have a chance, your lawn job is one which Walt feels he can do, and his price is right, hire him. It's as simple as that. I've had him now for two jobs and he has been thorough and went the extra clean-up mile with the job.

I hired Walt to remove a number of ligustrum bushes, boxwood shrubs, and nandinas - not an easy task. He did an excellent job coming back a day later even on a Sunday with heavier equipment to remove a couple of extremely large and stubborn roots. His attention to detail including the clean-up work and hauling away all the debris was exemplary.
