Lee Shackleford is an 80 year old man with an honest work ethic. He was able to program two new keys for my car at my home and while we waited for verification, he made small talk. He showed great knowledge of his business, talked me through his whole pricing structure and how he doesn't believe in nickel and diming.
He talked about times he'd lose money to get things right.
Getting a new key from the dealership was proving tricky. They wanted the car towed in and would have charged as much for a single key as Lee did for two.
We ended on a handshake. A straight shooter and a fair dealer who knows the modern side of his job and cares about customers.
