It was a friendly farce in the store and a small time con-game after the measurement.
Description of Work: We chose a Pergo floor style our estimate of square footage was 934.The sales rep gave us a rough estimate on 424 square feet.We corrected her;it was obvious she had provided the lower estimate on purpose.When this store sent subcontractors to measure the estimate the sales rep gave us for 934 sq.ft. doubled.There are no odd angles in this structure-there are only 2 doors,open floor plan.Estimate did not include moving a small book case or hutch.We were told they had another company who would these two items.They added many other possible conditions that migt increase cost further.They continued to leave mutipule messages after we declined installation-finnaly suggesting that the quote would be lower.This was annoying to say the least.I am astounded that such a big name company would attempt to conduct business like a flea market vendor.
