Great customer service, very knowledgeable and very friendly. They have competitive prices, able to get to you quickly to fix the problem and show up when they say they are going to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this company unless you have a really nice, upscale house. They initially refused to deal with my drain problem--even though they were already there--because they didn't want to go into my crawl space. The plumber, who was backed up by the owner, maintained that since they go into "nice" houses, they needed to stay clean (however, he was wearing coveralls). I cried, and finally got my father to come over... after awhile they VERY RELUCTANTLY agreed to do what I needed--which took them all of about 15 minutes. I felt completely humiliated. I accused the owner of cherry-picking his jobs, and he actually ADMITTED that I was right! If you are in the country club set, you'll probably love them... but if not, call Garner Plumbing, because they are really down-to-earth, NICE and competent.
