On 6/18, he came out and inspected the system quickly and determined the issue. I like him because he was honest and upfront and let me know what the warranty would and would not cover. He knew his stuff really well and because of the reputability of the system that was installed by the previous owners he recommended that i keep a warranty until i get a new system to replace it.
A week later when we came back from vacation he came and spent 2 hours fixing the unit and now we have ice cold air downstairs.
My only complaint is that I had to contact him to coordinate the scheduling. However, once scheduled he would call ahead and confirm the appointment the day before arrival.

This provider came as a result of a call to American Home Shield. He was prompt, showing up 30 minutes earlier than his estimated time of arrival. He went right to work and diagnosed our problem and fixed it. James was knowledgeable, very professional, and willing to share any tips on what we can do to head off any further problems. I would call him in a heartbeat for any air conditioning or heating issue we might have. It is nice to find an honest, professional a/c repair company. I give him a triple A+
