The A.C unit just needed some tweaking since we had just moved in. Everything went well, Carrollton heating & air explained to us about the importance of replacing the filter on a timely basis. We haven’t had any issues since. As for our water heater, we called with our concerns after hearing a loud boom sound. Carrollton heating & air installed a new one for us within 24 hours for an awesome price. We haven’t had any problems, the best part of choosing Carrollton heating and air is not only their knowledge but the priceless information they share with you in maintaining your unit. I saved a lot money not too long ago when my thermostat went out, I received invaluable advice that prevented another service call. The battery I was asked to replace turned out to be the issue. Carrollton heating & air is a professional and reputable company with knowledge and honesty. I will always use them .

Excellent, was told by another company that I needed a ac unit. But Carrollton heating and air was in and out in less than a hour. Turns out it was simply a thermostat. Thank you Carrollton heating and air for being honest. I was prepared for ac unit replacement.

This is a great company to use!!! I was having issues with my HVAC for a while had several companies out to look at my equipment due to my issues the prices from them seemed outrageous. Carrolton heating and air came out got me up and running when I needed it and came out changed out my units at a great price haven’t had a problem since. Also anytime I have had questions I call and get a quick response.
