Paul Szymkiewicz was extraordinary. Paul submitted detailed plans in the bidding stage, complete with drawings and price estimates. After completion of the bidding process, he provided a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing product and price information. As building commenced, Paul was completely available for changes and suggestions and he provided guidance in our decision making that proved invaluable and quite correct. Sub-contractors were excellent, efficient, effective, and always professional. All work was completed in a timely fashion and on budget. All of this would be sufficient to warrant our praise, but Paul went beyond expectations. He was conscientious about every detail and was especially sensitive that the building process resulted in the very best renovation possible. Additionally, Paul was diligent in the most efficient insulating processes and products. Consequently, this new space has added value beyond the affordable price we paid for it.
