+ -1 moreWe paid All Degrees $5,850 for a new air conditioner and furnace (basically the entire HVAC system for our house). He cashed the checks, but failed to deliver a working air conditioner. We called him back multiple times, but he just couldn't sort it out. He always had an excuse. This summer, our house hit 90° inside and he refused to return calls. Ryan was enthusiastic and friendly until he got our money, but ultimately proved to be completely incompetent. We finally got our system working. All we had to do was contract a different company to rip out everything he did. It cost an additional $3,700 to fix his errors. The better installer showed us some of what he found: incorrectly installed equipment, adapters made out of duct tape, pinched lines, etc.
Description of Work: We contracted with All Degrees for a new HVAC system. We have a smaller house (1,200 ft2) and a relatively simple system. The old unit had to be replaced because it used the older freon. However, the system All Degrees installed has NEVER worked.

Description of Work: Replaced a small part - igniter I think - in my furnace.
