We paid All Degrees $5,850 for a new air conditioner and furnace (basically the entire HVAC system for our house). He cashed the checks, but failed to deliver a working air conditioner. We called him back multiple times, but he just couldn't sort it out. He always had an excuse. This summer, our house hit 90° inside and he refused to return calls.
Ryan was enthusiastic and friendly until he got our money, but ultimately proved to be completely incompetent.
We finally got our system working. All we had to do was contract a different company to rip out everything he did. It
cost an additional $3,700 to fix his errors. The better installer showed us some of what he found: incorrectly
installed equipment, adapters made out of duct tape, pinched lines, etc.

Heat worked for two days then went out again with the same problem. I feel ripped off.
