It’s very hard to find people who have a strong work ethic these days, not to mention people who take pride in their craft! Josh is one of those few people. Air Logic should be your choice for ongoing HVAC service and replacement. I got bids from all the available HVAC companies in the Newnan area to install 2 complete 2 ton units in my basement. Josh had a fair competitive price. The good Lord must have been looking out for me because he let me find Josh and his company, Air Logic. Josh made sure he followed through with with the install as well as the service after the sale. Like the other reviews say, Josh is honest, courteous, very very knowledgeable and a true professional. Trust me when I say, you want this HVAC company over the others!

We bought a home several months ago in Senoia. On the Sellers Disclosure the sellers stated that everything was fine with the AC yet during inspection the inspector told us it was not cooling. Also, while working on the house before moving in we noticed the AC would not go below 78 even though it was set on 72. We called Air Logic to come out and check on this because they had serviced the last owners... they said the AC was fine, yet it continued to not cool below 78. Next we called the office and spoke to the woman who answers the phones. We told her we recently purchased the home and since they serviced it in the past we asked if there had been any problems. She asked us the address and checked the computer records they have for our newly purchased home....and she told us that as a matter of fact they were called to the home last April 2018 and after a through check of the units they told the homeowners they had faulty coils that would need to be replaced and it would cost them $1,800.00, at that time, but over $2,000.00 now. The owners declined to have the coils fixed. We asked the Air Logic Representative we were speaking to if she could please send us this information and she told us “absolutely!”... but she never sent it and we have asked three times. So we called them to look at the units again and the very same technician who came out after the inspection returned. He told us everything was fine and as he was walking out told us we “just need to move on”.... there’s something Rotten in Denmark. Air Logic is dishonest.

Josh was very responsive, and he and his crew are very knowledgable! The condensation pump on the unit in the basement was replaced. Additionally, a tune-up was done and a line was replaced. Very pleased with the expertise and service. Now I have peace of mind :)

When I called around lunch time, Josh answered, we talked through the issue, and he came over within the next hour to start work. Josh promptly offered his card and introduced himself. He was courteous and understanding with my family through the process of investigating the problem. He was able to identify and rectify the problem, which was electrical in nature, within the same visit. He then answered several questions and gave a verbal quote on some remodeling system questions that I had. I would definitely recommend his service.

Technician was right on time, found the problem and did an additional check I requested and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Josh arrived as promised, replaced my air conditioner's transformer, and he replaced the worn wires that led to the bad transformer. He is efficient, super affordable, provides superior customer service. Air Logic Heating & Air Conditioning is the only company I will call. Seriously.

We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Josh emailed us with a written bid, which was altered without fuss after we decided on a slightly different heating unit after further research of Trane products online. The installation was delayed for a week due to weather, but his crew showed up on the rescheduled appointed day on time and ready to work. The installation took the entire day, as expected, but by the end of the day we had beautiful, cool, clean air throughout the entire house. New ducting was installed including the cut-in of two new return registers, which were done with skill and perfection. The three-person crew was very careful not to damage any walls, floors, carpet or furniture as they worked throughout the house. They swept and cleaned the hardwood floors, while we vacuumed the tiny bits of debris from cutting in the new registers. Josh stopped in to inspect the progress of the installation and promised to return the following day to blow insulation into the attic and set up the wi-fi thermostat for us. On day two, Josh and his assistant blew in 10 bags of insulation (he quoted us 15, but only used and charged us for the 10). The Trane thermostat is like a mini-computer and Josh connected it to our wi-fi, helped us download the ap to our phones so we can control the thermostat from them, and showed us the major functions and how to adjust them. Finally, we settled the bill which included a rebated discount. It has been three days since the install and our home is cooler and more comfortable than it has ever been in the 8 years we have lived here. The additional ducting has improved overall airflow and balanced the cooling in the problematic rooms. For example, our bonus room is now a very comfortable usable space with the addition of the air return duct he put in. The a/c is so quiet we cannot tell if it’s on or off. With the humidity control and 5” air filter, the air has never been cleaner or more comfortable. We’ve been able to raise our thermostat level from our usual 72’ to 76’ with comparable cooling effect. We expect to realize some energy savings with our new system. Based on our great experience, we highly recommend Air Logic and Josh Harper’s team.

Josh, from Air Logic, arrived on time and went to work immediately. ( When I called a day earlier to make my appointment I explained that the unit was frozen. He advised me to turn my system off and let it thaw out. Because he could not do any work until the system was free of ice.) He did a thorough visual inspection of my air-conditioning unit which included the outside and inside components. Then did appropriate mechanical testing for pressures etc. The upshot: the system was low on Freon and has a leak in the system. I have decided to put in a new air-conditioning system, due to the leak and other problems not related to the cooling problem. Josh suggested we put in an inexpensive "stop leak product" in the interim. The product he used worked beautifully and we have air-conditioning. If you are looking for "cheap" instead of a fair price for an excellent experience then call someone else. But if you are looking for a professional who knows how to get the job done properly and for a fair price .... then call Air Logic.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! Tim was so nice and professional and called me immediately to let me know what had gone wrong with my A/C.  He seemed fair and honest.  I will definitely call Air Logic to replace my old A/C unit or for any other issues I might have when it comes to cooling and heating.  I will tell everyone I know about Air Logic and spread the word to all my neighbors to call them first!

GREAT!! Our air conditioner went out right in the middle of this terrible heat wave we have been having! I called multiple companies trying to get service. I had to leave messages at each location. Josh from Air Logic was the ONLY one to return my call. This was a week ago and no one else EVER called! I know these companies are busy this time of year and figured I would have to wait a day or two for them to be able to come once they contacted me. Josh came the day he called! He had to work me in his busy day and couldn't make it til that evening, but he came! Looked at my unit and resolved issue in no time. Explained everything he was doing and explained why new part was needed.. Answered ALL of my questions in terms I could understand. Very friendly and professional. He left broken part so I could show my husband. I had cold air in no time and he stayed around long enough to check air flow and temp to make sure everything worked. VERY PLEASED with his work and will DEFINITELY use him if we have future issues and recommend him.

Josh showed on time and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes (it took him longer to fix what I had taken apart than it did the actual repair). He was very fair on his pricing and was very courteous. Very glad we went with Air Logic! Will use definitely use them again.

Our AC went out last night and we called for repair at 8:00 AM. Although they were slammed due to the heat, they promised to have a technician out by 3:00 PM, in comparison with two other companies who either 1. Could not come until next Tuesday, or 2. Could not come until later next week. The tech actually called at 12:30 PM and said he’d be here by 1:00, and he was. He thoroughly cleaned the condenser; checked the capacitor; replaced it because it tested as bad; explained every step and why, and was very nice and friendly. All in all, we felt they are a very professional company and have professional employees. We would definitely use them again, and plan to take out a yearly service contract to avoid future breakdowns.

It went excellent.  Some of the issues that I didn't realize I had from previous installer were found in a timely manner and repaired.  Both heating and AC are now running properly with individual thermostats.

I did not have a good experience with them because they wouldn't honor the coupon. I wasn't home when he came and he had told me he would honor it, but he didn't. He ended up charging me for a service call. I left several messages and emailed him twice about it and have never gotten a response. It was really disappointing because I worked with him before. He does a great job.

We purchased a 25 year old house with a 25 year old upstairs HVAC system in desperate need of replacement.  Josh provided a very reasonably priced replacement system and had it installed in nothing flat,  He and his assistant were very professional and personable.  Josh will be our "go to" guy for all future HVAC needs.

I had recently purchased a house and wanted both the air conditioning and heating system inspected. Josh Harper, the owner of the company came out to see what needed to be done. Josh was incredibly professional and knowledgable. He checked the whole system (I have two so he checked both). He took the time to answer all of my questions about how things operate. He went around and showed me where everything is located and made sure that I understood the controls. I would highly recommend Josh.

We own several rental properties in the area. When our tenant called and said that the AC was not working, I looked up local HVAC guys and found Air Logic. Josh was amazing.  He was able to get out there to check it out within a few hours. He even called to let us know it would be a little later than expected, which I appreciated. He quickly located the problem and gave us options on how to fix it.  the cooling wire had gone bad and he told us that the unit that we had was being phased out and he may not be able to locate the part, however he eventually found the part. He told us that he would be more than willing to fix the part or he could replace the entire unit with a new one. He was never pushy in his options and I liked having all the facts before making a decision. Over the past several years I have had many issues with this particular AC unit and knowing that it was being phased out and parts were becoming harder and harder to find, we decided to replace the entire unit. He was able to replace the unit within one day. One of the little extras that impressed me is that he made sure he completely cleaned up after himself and that the unit was in complete working order before leaving. You just don't find much of that anymore. As I mentioned earlier, we own several properties in the area and you better believe that I will be calling him to service my other properties!  He was that good. I highly recommend Josh with AirLogic.
