Description of Work: Mr. Craig spent over 4 hours with my husband and I inspecting the house we are buying. He went over every nook and cranny and was extremely thorough. The report was long and detailed and included a picture for everything. Not only did he show us things we needed to get fixed, but he showed us the positive parts to our house. He also showed us how to cut off the power and water mains. After his inspection, we feel very confident that we are as informed as we can be on our buy. We will use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

 + -1 moreMr. Craig was a delight to work with. Bill was on time and very respectful. He was able to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable in his field and many other fields. Mr. Craig conducted a complete and thorough inspection of a prospect home. Due to Mr. Craig's diligence to his job and my family we were able to move forward in the purchase of a home knowing exactly what we were going to purchase .
