"So, started off fairly well-  had them over, and they saw the condition of the wallpaper the previous residents had left.  It was my suggestion from day one to remove the wallboard, and start over, but they said it may be faster and cheaper to remove wall paper.. Ok, so, after they went through the 4 hours (1 per contractor they hired.. read the print), they came back with "na, wall board is the right move, so we'll need to get some board".  Ok, so more hours wasted, and then they kinda had half of it up.  The next day they finished, and then started the 3 days of mudding.
But, in the process, they broke a door, and never taped off the floor, so there is just crap everywhere that I now have to clean up, and now have to replace a bi-folding door.  The owner said "we'll take care of it", and that was cool, but then the snow 'happened' all two drops of it, and a few other excuses later, we were out weeks with the door done.  I provided AMPLE time (weeks) for that to be fixed, but nope.. no good.
So, I told him, I'd write a review, and state _all_ that had happened.  Have the texts, and images, should anyone want to see it.

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.

Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:

  • Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.

  • Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.

  • Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.

  • Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.
