*Plumbing Service Technician - 20 + years Residential and Commercial Installed/replaced water heaters, gas boilers, tubs, showers, sinks, faucets, toilets, water mains, sewers, heating systems, expansion tanks and pressure regulator valves. Pumps, gas lines, garbage disposals, water filter systems, sprinkler systems and septic tanks and fields. I roughed-in whole houses with new plumbing. I troubleshoot electrical controls. I read blueprints and did code work within specifications. I am a sewer and drain specialist. I operated all types sewer machines, water jet machines and video sewer lines. *Property Manager/Residential Superintendent - 7 years Managed 100, 64 and 23 unit apartment complexes. Maintained and repaired buildings, landscaping, painting, wall repair, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and swimming pools. Supervised others in grounds keeping and maintenance. Condo and Co-Op liaison experience. *Computer Experience – 3 years Networking computers and trouble-shooting. Built many computers and solved many compatibility problems.
