What a beautiful Job on my 2 decks! Here are a few Key points for future customers to take into consideration. 1. Licenses and insurance; this company is fully covered. 2. Customer service; I received daily updates on the job status including images. Any and all changes or recommendations were ran by me first. 3. Professionalism; The crews respected my property and left the work site clean and without any evidence other than the work completed that they were even on site. 4. Timely; I was blessed to have no rain delays in the 4 days. The crews were on time every day and worked so hard all day in the insane heat only stopping for a quick lunch break. 5. Quality; Way beyond the expectations and up to code. 6. Cost; breakdown of cost was transparent and they were willing to work with me on compromise for cost cutting in appropriate areas. You get what you pay for and I believe they put my money to effective use with the high quality I received. My over all experience with this company was 10/10 and I will 100% use them for future projects and recommend them to my family and friends.

If you're looking for a reliable construction company, I would advise caution with Nick Taylor of Taylor Construction. My experience with them was frustrating from start to finish. Nick was hired to complete a project, but the job was left unfinished despite multiple promises and extended timelines. They were unprofessional, communication was sparse, and when we did manage to get in touch, we received excuses instead of concrete plans to complete the work. The quality of work was also subpar, with several key areas requiring rework due to poor craftsmanship. While no construction project goes perfectly, this one was particularly disappointing. We expected professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to completing the job as promised, but none of that was delivered. I would urge anyone considering Taylor Construction to take our experience into account.

He extorts you for money, makes you pay up front, double charges for equipment and DOES NOT FINISH what you pay him to do. He's a thief and a fraud

It went extremely well. Tom completed his work rapidly and did an excellent job.

The rep took a hard sell approach, asked ridiculous questions and refused to take any measurements ... even refused to continue the appointment unless "my husband" was present. Well, this little lady has building industry experience and I assured him I am more than capable of comprehending any information he had to share. He then continued to insist "my husband be present" right up to the moment I closed the door in his face. I called the corporate office to complain. I was told this is actually a company policy. It's 2017 folks.

They took awhile to get here.  It took the right amount of time to get the job done.  They cleaned up the area when they were done. 

My gutters need cleaning badly.  There are certain areas where the gutters spill over the sides.  I have called and when I was unable to speak to a person, I have left three voice-mails.  In addition I have sent three e-mails asking to set up an appointment for a cleaning.  To date I have received no response.

They did a wonderful job. We were really happy with it.
