Home Building
The sales process was wonderful. The Designer Center meeting was a horrible experience. We made a big mistake buying our retirement home from the developer/builder of this community and we have yet to go through the building process. Our contract was signed in January and our Design Center Appointment was not scheduled until May. From March till May some prices when up over 100%. If you do buy from in this community be sure to get your prices locked in before you sign your contract.
