We would call Tad, set up a time for him to come over to discuss the work that was needed, discuss design ideas and we knew we were talking with someone who cared about what he is doing.  Tad is college educated and years of experience.  He and his team have continually been wonderful to work with over the past 8 years.

Tad Rucker and his team were very professional.  This was a big project.  We were doing an entire back yard makeover by correcting everything about the yard that we've always wanted to do to make our yard a great place to spend time in.  The Rucker team  are highly qualified.  I selected Tad's company, Rucker Landscaping, because he was the most knowledgable person that I  met with when I got my 3 estimates.  Tad explained what was causing the erosion (much from my neighbors property) and how to fix it.  More than that he had good ideas.  If you have never done a yard project there are lots of things you need to consider.   Very important to me was he heard and remembered exactly what I had told him we wanted done.  I received Tad's quote timely and it included everything that we discussed. 

The price was reasonable for the amount of work we had done.  The crew was professional, understood what I was explaining to them, and it becomes obvious when you see them work, they are highly qualified.  The crew put their own creativity into the wall for instance adding stairs that went down through the wall.  They did a lot fo extras for us.   For example, carefully removing our fence and putting it back in place each night so our dogs would not get out.  Then when the project was done they put the sections of fenced that needed to be reset back in place as good as new.  They take care of everything didn't mind doing some extra things for us to make sure our yard came out like we had in mind.
