Great! Excellent service, very professional. They service my home and my rental home and my condo before that. I've used this company since 2001. They installed a whole new system in my previous home (which I now rent) and I keep a service/maintenance contract on it and my new home. The leak would have cost me money this summer because my system wasn't working optimally until today - glad we caught the leak in May! This company earns my trust and my business each and every time. Highly recommend R&D.

R & D explained things very well and they were very friendly and professional. They scheduled the work to accommodate our schedule. They left the work spaces very clean and actually did a few extras that improved the functionality of our system. We highly recommend R & D - they're first rate.
