The owner of the company, Dave Nieman, came to my house at no charge. and looked at the area where I had some mold, i.e. in a bathroom cabinet under the sink.

He told me that I had no moisture problem other than the normal moisture in a bathroom and that the mold was a natural occurrence from the normal bathroom moisture.  He also told me how to clean the area myself. 

Additionally, he also told me things to do to reduce moisture in my house.

He really knows his business and approaches the job in a calm, thoughtful and analytical manner - not in a panicked, hysterical, doomsday manner.

I will use him for any home remediation of any kind that I ever have.  Great company!

Puroclean handled water removal and total renovation of water-damaged house: ceilings, walls, carpet, basement. The work was done professionally and as promised. Although the estimated start date for renovation was delayed, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion once work got under way. .

It went fine.  They were efficient, they kept their appointment time, they would come when they said they would and I don’t have any issues at all.  

I had a significant leak from the unit above in my condo, happened when I was out of town during the Holiday. I needed a very quick appointment to determine if there was moisture in the walls. My insurance company suggested PuroClean as one of several companies that could perform a moisture check. With all of the cold weather in Atlanta, I was on a waiting list. PuroClean called within a few days and scheduled an appointment for the intial moisture check. Mr. Nieman arrive timely and did the test quickly. Luckily there was no moisture and he did not charge for the service! The company does full water and mold services - this must be part of the consulation - and I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Mr. Nieman and PuroClean!

Excellent. Matt from PuroClean kept me informed ever step of the way. He was extremely accessible. He managed all of the external providers as well, such as the plumbers, the movers, etc. He was also in regular contact with the insurance adjuster. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire process. They did a wonderful job at minimizing disruptions to our schedule. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again.
