The entire job took 3 plus days. All work completed exceeded expectations. All walls and the trim were sanded where necessary, repair where necessary, and painted.

I got quotes from a few companies and Prinsco had the most reasonable price. He recommended that we post-pone the job until the pollen had drecreased, since it was extremely high at the first date chosen to start the job. I appreciated his professionalism and awareness to that fact, instead of just not saying anything and having yellow pollen get stuck in the paint. Jonathan quoted me a cost for painting our front porch, stairs, railings and pickets, along with touching up the back deck and screen porch. He and his son (along with a helper on day 1) did a wonderful job showing up when they said they would; doing the work and cleaning up. It took two days for the front porch where they pressure washed both front and back, then sanded the front porch floors on day one and painted the front porch on day two; an extra half day for the back deck touch up staining was necessary. They did not re-stain the back deck or take the screens off the screen porch. It was just a touch up job on the back.  They showed up when they said they would; they took care in being gentle working around certain plants I showed them I was concerned about; and got paid at the end of doing a great job.  I would use them again in the future for any painting jobs I need completed. They were fair in their pricing, friendly and kind to interact with, understanding and professional.
