I only have a problem with him I hired him to come and clean the gutters and the eaves.I don't mean the leaves; I'm talking about washing them.He explained to me that sometimes the spots on the gutters would need like an acid wash.He did not clearly explain to me that this was a two step process and when he came to the house, cause he was here twice.When they came to the house, I expected that's what they were going to do.Well, they didn't do that. They washed everything and then he told me the acid thing was different. I had him come back the second day, didn't course, that that meant more money.I did talk to him about this and said I was under the impression that you told me that my gutters would be white, you didn't tell me it was a two step process, you need to make that clear to customers. That was the only situation.As far as the work, they did very good work.
