I would not recommend this company. First, I think it is too much money. Second, they keep promising me that I will get a free treatment, but they keep deducting the money from my account. I am not happy with them. I would not use this company again. I am going to eliminate the service this week. The overall experience was average. The quality of work was good. The price was average. Their professionalism was average.

Well--only took approximately 2 hours; unnoticeable; did no damage to house; very polite. The work is guaranteed for one year with the ability to purchase additional years at the end of the first year. At six months, a new rat family found one area that the installers missed. I called and they arrived the next day to cheerfully correct the problem. Their price is approximately one-third less than the other 4 estimates I got, and they are a national franchise. I feel good about the investment.

It has been very good working with them. They quickly took care of a termite problem. They come out quickly when you call them about a problem. If their is a need they will do what ever they can. I have been using their services for the last three years. I pay that amount annual for all my pest control issues. They are clean about the work they do if they come in the house for anything they will put on booties. They are clean looking also.

Orkin always comes out when they re supposed to and do a great job. They are always in uniform and are very considerate, courteous and professional. I have seen no signs of critters so that s good.
