We had been customer for over 2 years with Northwest and had for the most part had a good experience, until our last service in late July. We received a phone call in early July asking when they could provide service on the home and I requested that they postpone the scheduled service  date, as I was going to be out of town on business, and to call me towards the end of July to discuss what date would work for us. I never heard from them in late July and then in early August I received a bill for $99. I called the office and was told that service had been performed on the home in late July. They never called me to confirm a date and time, there was no invoice or notice of service performed on the home (either left on our door or mailbox) and therefore I cancelled my agreement with them. One of the reasons I wanted to be at the home during their service was because I wanted the service to be performed inside the home, not outside... They made no attempt to rectify the situation or work with me on a solution (such as an apology or a re-visit to service inside the home)..

They are extremely professional. They are prompt and curteous. I haven't had an issue yet. They comeback quarterly and communicate well.

I am very pleased with them.

We have used them for the past 15 years.  They are reliable. 

I love their price. The punctuality is great and the work is excellent.

Northwest rocks.  We've used them for several treatments throughout the years.  We brought home some monster fleas from when we took our dogs to Florida.  Thought we'd never get rid of them until we had Northwest spray.  Got rid of them right away when the consumer flea bombs wouldn't even scare them.  We've used them for outdoor mosquito control this year and it was very effective.  We've also used their Norpest Green products for indoors and got rid of our gnat and ant problem.  All of the techs have been very polite, punctual, and professional.  The office personnel at Northwest have been wonderful to work with, too.

The initial contact came through the builder (of a new property). To initiate the termite warranty they carried an inspection. In addition they carried out the initial pest control spray and they will re-visit quarterly to continue this service (annual contract agreed). It is too early to say if the treatment is successful, although I do not expect problems. The company representative arrived on time as agreed and was friendly and informative. We also enquired about their lawn-care service and they will follow up with a different represntative for this service.

They come every quarter or more often if we need them. They are pretty responsive and if I call them with a problem, they usually send someone out either the same day or the next day. They guy who comes out seems to know what he is talking about. They show up sometimes without calling when I?m not expecting them to show up and sometimes they don?t call to set up an appointment. We don?t particularly care for that because they might say that they showed up and did some work and they might not have done it. They say that they come out and I know that they come out but when we have recurring problems, I wonder if they really do. I just get a bill stating that they had been here and did some work. I can only trust that they had been here. I?m in the process of looking elsewhere and probably try someone else. We will probably go with Arrow

They didn't actually remove the squirrels, they attached cages to the house that only had a one way exit so when they go out they can't come back in. They also covered vents to the attic as well so they couldn't gain entry there. It was a little pricey but for what they had to do I felt it was worth it. About a month later the squirrels found a new way to get in and we called Northwest to come back out, which they did at no additional charge to again take care of the problem.

They'll come out quarterly with the contract and it also includes in between visits if we have any problems. They are very responsive to come out if I call them. One of the good things is their products aren't harmeful to the environment, people or pets.
