"The job was not completed because being disrespectful to our associates is not acceptable. Our ladies were told, by us, to leave the premises due to the treatment they received from the homeowner who screamed at them. We were hired to primarily do laundry but also do some cleaning as well. There were 10 loads that needed to be done but only three hours purchased. The entire upstairs of her home had been completed (minus the full drinks that we left on the dressers/nightstands) with one hour left to finish clothes and clean the main level. We try to accommodate everyone to the best of our abilities which is why we reached out to the homeowner prior to her appointment to learn her needs. If there ever is an issues, we are more than happy to adjust what we are doing to make sure our customers get what they are looking for in a cleaning. Regarding our punctuality, the customer was aware that since her home was at least an hour from our office that our arrival time would be unpredictable but we would call 15 minutes prior to arrival, which we did. We are committed to customer service and go out of our way to help customers but mistreating the ladies was unnecessary and disrespectful. No one deserves to be treated that way."
Scheduling went well, and the cleaners arrived on time.

"On 4/20 [Member name removed] asked what time she could expect the crew to arrive the next day and I replied through Angie's List: "We usually arrive between 8:30 and 9:30, however, traffic plays a role in our arrival time. Would you like the ladies to call when they are about 15-20 minutes away?" She replied that she would like a call and the crew did call her. The ladies arrived at her home at 10:10. I cannot comment as to the speed of the crew just that they are very good at their jobs and moving slowly is not something we have had an issue with in the past. They did ask [Member name removed] if she would like them to continue when they reached their two hour limit and she agreed. The ladies checked in at 10:10 and checked out at 12:52 however, there was only a thirty minute charge for the extra time. Regarding the quality of work - I'm baffled. [Member name removed] walked through with the lead on the job, said she was happy and even tipped both ladies. She did have them touch up the floors in the hall but was unable to walk through the other level they cleaned due to heath issues. We stand behind our work and if there is anything that is not up to par, we will come out within 24 hours to fix whatever someone is unhappy with, however we did not receive a call or email stating anything was wrong."
"I am sorry and shocked by your review. I felt we had really gone above and beyond for you and your home. After you had scheduled your appointment, you needed to reschedule. We did reschedule you even though you were inside of the 48 hour cancellation policy. I am unsure about the late comment, as you were the first home. We estimate our arrival time between 8:30 - 9:30 for the first home, subject to traffic which is outside of our control (arrived at 9:37 AM). We did send an associate who had just completed her training, but we didn't charge for her time. You purchased 4 hours of cleaning (2 hrs x 2 associates), and requested 1 additional with two associates, and we gladly took care of for you. We then spent an additional 2.5 hours there with 3 associates. After completing the job, we then asked you to walk through to ensure you were happy. As always we re-cleaned anything you wanted re-cleaned. We are 100% committed to customer service, and we do our best to ensure you get exactly what you were looking for and then some. With the approval of one of the owners, we provided you with additional $450 worth of service at no cost to you. Purchased: 6 hours of cleaning (2 associates x 3 hours) $210 Received: 16.5 hours of cleaning (3 associates x 5.5 hours) $660"
The solution they used seemed to clean pretty much anything and leave a shine.
Some areas were just dusted and not wiped down, but by the hr. only so much can be done.
LONG STORY MADE VERY VERY SHORT
The girls were very nice, but they damaged my painted kitchen cabinets with scratch marks over the clear coat finish.
They told the owner they didn't damage the cabinets.
The owner did refund the $221 I paid for the cleaning, but it will cost me about $2000 or more to fix the damage.
I am reminded daily of this experience seeing the cabinets in the condition they were left in.
Not using any "coupons" I get in the mail again.
