Longoria's Five Star Fencing

The experience from start to finish was horrible. The fence went up without much issue, however the gates needed to be fixed within 5 months. The deck on the other hand was a complete disaster. It took them a week to finish it, the first time. They had to come back out to fix the deck since they did not place the footers in concrete during the original construction. As a result, the deck tilted 10 degrees down. This required them to raise the deck up and building proper supports for the footers. Not only was the company, and specifically Ramiro Longoria, hard to get a hold of when it came to fixing their mistakes, but they also gave us a hard time and brought us into the middle of a conflict between Ramiro and their construction manager (who had no part in the original construction of the deck). On top of all this, when I approached Ramiro about permits and inspection of the deck (admittedly after the fact), he said that he did not get proper permits and that inspection wasn't necessary. In the end, we've had to contract another company to come out and repair all the mistakes that Longoria made, which is costing us another $1500. I would never use Longoria's services again, and would recommend everyone else stay as far away from this company as possible.
