I fired them six months ago. We have some very expensive antique mirrors in our bedroom. My wife told the owner and the people to not absolutely touch those mirrors. The first thing they did when they went to the bedroom was they tried to clean the one mirror in they actually broke it. They're non-replaceable. I just gone done negotiating with their insurance company. I had to do it all myself. They didn't help at all. The other thing was that we have all hardwood floors in our house and my wife told them to use white vinegar with the water. I have no idea what they used. When they got done washing the floors, the whole house smelled horrible. There was this horrible mist like a film on all the hardwood floors. I called the owner and the owner came out here. She went hysterical. We told them that we don't want them back anymore. She said that she would refund our money. That's been six or eight months or maybe even longer and I've seen nothing from her. I think that they're a horrible company. They're pathetic.

"Let me begin with what is correct with this review. As a business owner, I take full responsibility of forgetting to relay to my ladies to not touch the mirrors. Yes, a very small decorative part of the mirror was broken. My insurance was immediately contacted and they were abundantly compensated for their broken mirror in an extremely timely manner. Now to everything that is inaccurate about the review. First of all, I refused to go back to the home. The lady of the home asked me repeatedly to reconsider in helping them care for their home. I was very "negatively attacked" when I went to the home to address the broken mirror. The home owners are heavy smokers inside the home and we tried our best to clean the "smoke film" from everything including the hardwood floors. The smell in the home he is referring to is due to the home owners request to use only vinegar on the floor. We had to mop repeated times to try and remove the "smoky film" on the floor. We typically use a great neutral hardwood floor cleaner that smells much better and does a much better job, but they would not let us clean the floor the way we typically would clean. The haze he is referring to is, I'm sure, part of the "smoky residue". My ladies tried to do many extra's for them, but there was absolutely no appreciation for anything provided in the home. This is why I refused to keep them as a customer. Yes, [member name removed], reduced me to tears with his negative attack. Hysterical is not an appropriate adjective. He was very hurtful and offending. The crew that I sent to their home has been with me for 7 years. They have never receive this kind of complaint. The home owner was very unreasonable. Yes, the mirror was totally my fault. Our company immediately handled this situation and the home owner was reimbursed in a very timely manner. I really chuckled at his very first sentence regarding how he fired us. This is so far from the truth. I proudly stand behind all my employees and our service. We daily receive compliments on how wonderful my ladies are."

Extremely professional and courteous. Tracey, the owner, also came out and performed an inspection at the end. Being so pleased, I have signed up for a monthly cleaning!

The company owner, Tracy, came to my home for an estimate. She was professional and efficient in providing an estimate that was slightly better than others I had received. Most companies I contacted charged about double for the first visit, but Live Clean did not. The first cleaning was the most dramatic. My home had never been cleaner! I have continued with the twice monthly cleaning for around 6 months and continue to be pleased. The cleaning team is friendly and efficient. We work from home, so they often have to work around us. They always honor special requests. I highly recommend this company.

They're very efficient. They usually send 3 girls at a time so they're in and out pretty quickly. The owner touches base regularly to make sure we're happy and that everything's being done.

They are very good and do thorough work. However, there is sometimes a problem with the ability of the workers to speak English well.
