Justin of J Ross is an absolute professional! He was patient with us when he did the initial consult and gave us great recommendations on styles and sizes. We ultimately ended up doing the whole house and he gave us a tremendous deal compared to the others who came out and provided a quote. During installation, he is very detailed and did an amazing job ensuring fit, finish and went the extra step in terms of cleanliness. When my family and I upgrade our house to one that is bigger in the future, J Ross will be one of our first calls to shutter our windows! I highly recommend J Ross!

Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed by both. He was prompt, careful, and thorough. I highly recommend him and J Ross to anyone who needs outdoor shutters replaced. My hinge screws were very rusted and it took extra time for Justin to remove them, he was patient and deliberate in his removal and install. I am very happy with his job performance and the shutters look great.

We had J Ross re-install our blinds after we had new windows installed in our home. The job was done quickly (about 1 hour) and very efficiently. 20 window blinds were re-installed in 1 hour! We highly recommend Justin and will definitely call on him again as the need arises!
