Greedy and unethical company. They quoted me $400 for a site plan for a small parking area at a residential property which was a little expensive but was willing to do so I wouldn't have to go do measurements myself. When I tried to get the site plan done they said they were required to do a survey of the property as well for an additional $1,400. I told them I can't work with an unethical company that lies about having to do a survey along with the site plan when a survey wasn't required. The owner e-mailed me back to try to say they were an ethical company but then proceeded to insult me by saying I couldn't afford their services. I ended up doing this online for $125 and taking measurements myself.
