I was satisfied with the cleaning; however, I felt that the amount charged was too much for the time they spent here (45 mins.) and the area they cleaned (4 rooms and 1 & 1/2 baths).

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They came back and redid what I thought had been done wrong at no charge to me. I was very happy for the fact that they were willing to redo the cleaning for a second time. Thank you Tammy and staff for making me a happy customer.

"Customer satisfaction & quality are our top priorities. When a concern is brought to our attention, we promptly address it, correct it & apply it to all future cleanings. We returned the next day, 'free of charge'. The customer that hired us was not there during the initial cleaning or the reclean, however there was someone there on her behalf. At end of reclean we asked them to walk around w/us & they said everything looked great. 1-26-12 called customer to discuss review. 2-3-12 visited with customer & corrected all areas of concern. She was very pleased & is submitting a positive review."

Tammy and Erin were very sweet. I expected a very thorough deep clean on the initial clean and then a good top clean thereafter. They did not do a bad job, just not to the depth I would have expected. They did ask me to check everything as they did it and I did accept their work and I accepted it. There was still dust build up on the ceiling fans. After they left, I found 3 tables in the main living space that still had dust on them and had to re-do them along with the outside of the patio door. They did not have a vacuum cleaner, trash bags, broom, or feather duster for fans. I had to provide those for them. Just not what I expected.

Home Sweet Home Cleaning was fantastic from start to finish. Tammy immediately called and was very thorough in finding out what my needs were. She and her staff are to be commended for a job well done! I found out at the last minute we had guests arriving in town within a few hours. Tammy and her staff came out and deep cleaned my home better than I ever could have. I am very particular when it comes to cleaning my house. However, I felt at east with Tammy right from the beginning. The standards and work ethic she sets, reflects through every employee she has. I am planning to hire her on a permanent recurring basis.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I was originally unhappy with the cleaning. Tammy contacted me regarding my dissatisfaction with her service. She agreed to refund my payment and clean my house again, free of charge. She was much more pleasant than the person I originally spoke with, was very apologetic, and seemed to want to do whatever was necessary to have a satisfied customer. The second cleaning went well, and they did a much better job. I have not yet recieved the refund, though.

"We are committed to customer satisfaction and quality cleanings. We received this review ten days after initial cleaning. When received we contacted the homeowner, she has agreed for us to come back to reclean. There were other contractors working in the home at the time of the cleaning. We feel there were several miscommunications between us and the homeowner, however we are willing to go back and the homeowner is willing to allow us to do so. Will update the review after 7/9/10."

I found her thru this service and called. She was so professional on the phone. I was in one state and wanted to have may parents home in another state cleaned. Leary of online choices but had not had much luck with referalls in my parents area. She went and met my mom, listened to her needs and when mom asked the price she very kindly told her that she, Tammy, and I were taking care of that. My mom called me immediately to tell me what a delight she was. Only issue mom had to point out two little things...she is very picky. The ladies immediatley apoligized and promptly fixed it. Tammy called to follow up. I will use her regularly.
