He was out at our house by that afternoon and the hot tub was repaired and heating when we got home that night.  He was very communicative throughout the process.  He called with our options and detailed the expenses.  He was very thorough and professional and fortunately, the first repair option corrected the problem and the more extensive options were not necessary.   We are truly grateful and highly recommend his services.

Everything went great.

Provider was honest and up front with us.  Gave us an estimate of $1300 to repair the spa, but also gave us the name of a provider that would haul off the spa if we were not interested in repairing it.  The provider did the research that showed how old this spa actually was (7 years older than the house) and what we could expect in the way of future repairs.  Based on this information, we chose not to repair the spa.

It went better than expected. He came out the very next day and repaired my
broken hot tub within 2 hours! I would highly recommend using Marshall!

The service from Home Pools & Hot Tubs went very well. I was happy with it. I was pleased with it, the professionalism, the clean up and so forth, all of that. I am pleased with them because they cleaned up and they did what they said they were going to do. For the quality of service, my wife said they did a great job. They did a good job. They came when they said they were going to be here and they did what they said they were going to do.

For approximately 10 years we have had Marshall install new pool equipment (a salt system with remote control),  take care of and repair that equipment,  pool openings and closings along with much needed advice.  He has knowledge of what is available out there and he is excellent about trying a repair instead of just automatically replacing, giving us more usage and spending less money.   So as always yesterday's work was very good.  He takes his time paying attention to detail, keeps us informed of what he finds and what is needed.   Since our other construction gave the area a beating, Marshall has recommended that we have a company come pressure test the pipes and check on a couple of their old repairs before we fill the pool again.  He will come back out to start up pool equipment,etc to officially open the pool.  The pool has some old stains that have been particularly tough especially since we have the pebble tech surface.  Also we had a lot of acorns fall in this winter since the construction work loosened the pool cover and they leave terrible stains.   Marshall did a great time lessening the stains without damaging the surface.  Treatment later in the pool water will also lighten the stains.  We are surrounded by trees and mother nature has not been kind to our pool.  In spite of that Marshall has kept it sparkling and beautiful.   He believes that we should enjoy the pool and not feel burdened by it.

Excellent job and we are very pleased with the work and outcome. Pool looks fantastic.

The first 6 months were great. Then, the tub began to blow fuses, the water jets just popped out, external valves began to break. The manufacturer even commented that we were having a lot of trouble with the tub. It is now 18 months after the installation. An external valve has broken for the second time and the only response I get from Home Pools & Spas is to go away and not bother them. $8300 for a product and absolutely no support or help when the product fails. If you are looking for a professional company, this is not the place. If you want rude behavior, no after sales support, and a used car atmosphere then you will enjoy this merchant.
