Excellent in every regard.  I checked around for other A/C contractors in the area, and ended up wishing I had just gone to Lowe's in the first place.  Herndon was professional, showed up when they said they would, and the workers did a fantastic (neat!) job, and cleaned up after as if they were never there.  Price was very competitive.  Would definitely use them again.

They called the day they were first scheduled to work and had to delay because the piece of equipment they had intended to install was damaged. Once they removed it from the box and they were letting me know it would be another day so they could get a new unit. They had an issue getting the air handler into the attic because our stairs leading up were smaller than the unit so they had to completely take the unit apart and reassemble it in the attic. Once that was taken care of the installation was quick. They added a new return for extra intake and an extra vent in our hallway. All of the techs who worked in the house were extremely courteous and made sure everything was clean before they left. They also had no issues working around our small dog and two toddlers.

Contracted for the replacement of a burned-out unit through Lowe's in Ellijay.  Lowe's assigned the work to Herndon.  Spoke with Hugh Turner several times regarding the arrangements for his assessment of what I needed, options, and scheduling of the assessment and repair work.  Since I had tenants in the house, I would have liked to have gotten the work done a bit sooner, but my checks with several other companies indicated that the entire A/C industry in the area was very backed up with urgent work, so all in all, I probably got it done as soon as was possible given the circumstances.
 Hugh was very responsive to all my questions and concerns, and in spite of the work being delayed for an additional day due to the injury of one of their employees, I am completely satisfied with the outcome.  The crew that did the work were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.  They did very high quality work, and left the job site looking better than when they arrived.
The new system works better than any home A/C unit I've ever been around, and was very competitively priced.  I will definitely use Herndon A/C for any future A/C work I need done.  HIGHLY recommended.

The service went perfect. A lot less on price they were quick on service and I have had them back after couldn't think of any else better to do work with.

They were professional. Not only where they tidy with their work, but the guy that was working went to great lengths to make sure to formulate the contract properly. Their cost was very competitive/reasonable for the work done. They educated me entirely on the process. I have already recommended them to others.
