Handyman Service
Appeared to be courteous and knowledgeable, and price was good. However, many issues arose. Concrete slab foundation poured without a footer, without tieing into the house, prior to county inspection.Had to get special dispensation from engineer (P.E.) regarding footer which delayed project. Ordered wrong windows. Didn't flash roof - LEAKS puddled in the room. These items were not done to Code initially and had to be redone to pass: hurricane straps, stucco lathe, electrical, framing tie-in. Didn't install roof baffles in cathedral ceiling; we had to tear down drywall to redo. Door leaked. Recessed lights very misaligned. Windows not secured to frame. Concrete floor had to be re-leveled before we installed floor. Left loose EXPOSED wires in breaker box. Broke sprinkler system and didn't repair. Left dumpster for 6 months. Did not complete work and had to find other contractors to finish the job.
