The technician was very thorough and explained everything.  I will definitely use Green Heating and Cooling again.

Have used this Heating & Cooling Company with twice yearly maintenance for about six years and had been very satisfied with their service.   Spring review stated nothing wrong.

Green states you get a discount if any parts need to be replaced if you take their maintenance service.  On Fall Maintenance I was told that a part was bad  and they would call with quote.  When they called and left message it stated a bad Heat Exchanger and to call back for quote.  After it was determined that correct part was blower,  I was told would take 1 - 1.5 hours to replace so I  estimated that the quote was Ok based on time it took to replace.  Once I Ok'd the replacement it was approx. three weeks before I received the call that the part came in.

We scheduled the date for replacement for afternoon appointment and I received a call that day and they said he was on the way (9:00 AM)

When he showed up it was a matter of 15 - 20 minutes work and he left paperwork that I could hardly read,  the print is so small I cannot see anything about warranty on this part which came from Mexico.  I did ask the service tech to leave part  so I would know what was replaced. 

I received no discount for part/labor (or senior disc) for being a customer on yearly maintenance contact  and the part being replaced was approx. 139.00..   That is approx. 326.00 for  15 - 20 minutes of work. 

I feel that the labor cost was excessive for replacement of Blower BLW01312 w/motor, and I did not receive discount or any warranty paperwork was provided . .

Additionally when they called the first time and left a message,  I was  told it t was for replacement of a Heat Exchanger.  When I got that message,  I anticipated that I would need a new furnace and started looking into prices from other dealers for new furnace replacement before getting their quote. I did not call them back for 3 -4 weeks and was then told it was the Blower & Motor that needed to be replaced and not the other part from initial call.   I asked what a new Trane replacement furnace would be and they quoted around 1838.00.  I decided to go with the part only because I just had to have a new roof last year, widowed and not knowledgeable about furnaces yet.  Additionally the furnace is in the attic which I cannot get up to check it out.. 

I was always happy with their yearly maintenance but based on what I feel is excessive labor costs I will not use them again.  Green Heating has lost the trust that I had in them..

Called them on Monday morning and we were their first stop on Wednesday.  Tech arrived at 8:30 or so and in 10 minutes knew exactly what it was, a bad capacitor,  He finished in about 45 minutes.  They have an $85 diagnostic fee plus the $159 repair charge.  Very happy with the service. 

I spent $300. They were very good, very professional and did a great job. They showed up on time, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they didn't leave any mess.

We have used this company for several years. We have always been very pleased with their services. The technicians are prompt and timely. They are very reasonable and accommodating. We have great relationship with the company and their fees are very reasonable. I have never had an issues with scheduling and they are very responsive.

Arrived on time for the initial visit. Checked out all 3 HVAC units and further diagnosed issue with the problematic one to be a are that the company would need to order. Rated them a C on Punctuality in that I had to remind them to come and install the card I had paid for weeks earlier, which they did promptly. Good company and Chris knows his stuff. Will continue using them for my HVAC needs.

Service was excellent from start to finish.  The office is very professional and friendly.  I was given a lot of information over the phone regarding the air cleaner choices as well as price.  Jack came out and arrived on time.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  He did a great job.. We love having the air cleaners.  Our allergies have already improved.  I would not hesitate to hire Green Heating and Cooling again.  We are considering adding HVAC to our basement and we will be calling them when we do.

I recognized one of our three units wasn't cooling the main floor, and called Green to come out and check it on 7/6.  Of course, during one of the hottest summers on record they were pretty busy as one might imagine.  However, they were able to book an appointment for first thing the next morning, and they arrived promptly at the agreed upon time.  The technician (seemingly very experienced) asked if I minded if his apprentice tagged along to watch/help.  Of course I didn't, and they both put covers over their shoes and came inside to diagnose the issue.  The initial recommendation was to put our two primary units on a preventative maintenance plan which will cover cleaning, routine maintenance and priority customer service during the peak season.  After completing the cleaning, the tech couldn't keep the unit in question running --- it would run for a few minutes, and then freeze up.  He traced the cause to a blown blower motor.  We discussed the cost implications and I agreed to the replacement.  He had to make several calls to locate a replacement at a nearby supply house, and then quickly made the trip to get it.  On his return, he made the installation in less than an hour, and we were back up and running.  All total, he was onsite about 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours or so.  I was pleased with the work.  The only thing that could have made the customer experience better would have been a little extra time showing me the bad part, what happened to it, how to prevent that from recurring etc.  Not being an HVAC expert, that was the piece that left me feeling a little uncertain on the overall price.  Overall, they were responsive, worked quickly and enthusiastically, and got us back up and cooling to my complete satisfaction.

We had a good experience with them.  We spent about $5000 on that service and our experience with them was very good.  They just seem to know their business.  They were very efficient downstairs and communicated with us about our wants and needs.  We are having them come back today because they are going to have the vents that were originally installed repositioned.
