Fails to do what they are paid to do. Constantly sending messages about uncompleted work. Final straw was when my property was damaged byvone of the crew members and the owner refused to complete the repair back to its original state. They broke the glass insert on one side of my french doors and replaced it with one that didnt match. Refused to insert a matching one on the other side. I checked with my insurance company and was advised most insurance companies would have gladly covered both sides being replaced. Owner of the company, Great Southern Lawns, advised he didnt want to file it on his insurance. A piece of advice, dont list your company as licensed and insured if your not fully going to protect your customer.
