Screens were manufactured very quickly and materials were to our specifications and high quality. We also ordered a matching screen door through them. Arrived a little past the delivery date, but, overall, we had a good experience,would recommend this company and would use them again. We installed everything ourselves.

Jim at GEM is a gem. He is helpful, kind, patient and sells you exactly what you need, zero pressure to upgrade beyond what's necessary. I had my screens done as part of a total remodel of my house involving more than a dozen vendors and contractors. My transaction with GEM was the most efficient, pleasant and value priced of them all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Note: GEM is located in a historic factory building that makes for an interesting visit. It's also hard to find. Call and they'll talk you in. Your GPS or map program won't get you there.
