They are really good. They said that we don?t have to do a new roof right now but it?s not going to last another 10 years or so. They gave us options and they?ve done a lot of work for us. Falcon used to do all my HUD homes; I used to repair homes for banks and they were HUD approved. They did fantastic work. It?s a family run company and Bernardo is the owner, and he is actually on site. You don?t just have some random crew shepherd, but he actually is there with them. They were always reasonable. They came over and did all the framing work, roof decking, and shingles and even fixed the roof cap. They did everything. They may not have been the cheapest all the time, but they were never the most expensive. They always covered and guaranteed their work for at least a year after the actual work. They don?t cut corners and they really run their business.

Bernardo and his crew repaired my roof after a tree fell from the lot next door. I called Bernardo at about 10:00 am on a Monday morning and he was here with some guys by noon on the same day. They stayed until after dark putting together the repair estimate, cutting the tree from my roof and off the side of my house, as well as putting a tarp over the roof so that no further damage would occur. The next day, the insurance adjuster came by and told us to go ahead and get the roof repaired. We called Bernardo again and asked that he come back and repair the roof. He was back again that afternoon to go ahead and start the repair work. His guys showed up every morning at about 7:30 am and stayed until dark to get the roof repaired and replaced. In addition, he worked with my HVAC contractor to get the furnace exhaust stacks re-located so that the furnace could be repaired and tested while the HVAC guys were here. Bernardo has also completed a few smaller jobs for my company, mainly with regards to FHA repairs for the purchase of real estate.
